RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please take note that returns for exchange are permitted only for the following reasons:
1. If the product is different from the Order delivered.
2. If the product is expired; or
3. If the items received are damaged/incorrect/defective/faulty items that MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging.

1. Name
2. Order ID or your receipt
3. Phone number
4. Items to be returned by supporting photo and videos
(a) Images/videos of received parcel
(b) Images/videos of received product
(c) Video of the unboxing parcel from start until the end.
Please take note that all the return request will be reviewed by customer service and ONLY start the return process upon our confirmation. Any item received without confirmation will not be entertained.
Once the returned item has confirmed and permitted, we will then ship the correct/non-defect item back to you at no additional cost. We will also be responsible for the returning shipping fee and the shipping fee from you to TheMagxlash. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will refund to you or exchange the same value of items.
Please take note that products for return shall be returned to us in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together.
TheMagxlash will not be responsible for the returns that do not reach us.
REFUND
Please allow 10 days of re-shipping to your address and 1-2 weeks processing of refund to your account.
